FAQs
I haven’t dealt with a bad customer before. Can I join you? What’s in it for me?
Since you are running your business hassle-free and are dealing with good people, you don’t have to do anything. However, it would be a good idea to store this website or refer it to friends, for future reference.
I had one customer who didn’t pay at all. It’s been three years now. What can we do?
Whilst there isn’t much we can do for you, let us know who they are – they are more than likely still doing this to other companies, so we can still stop them.
My business is customer-centric. What is the point of exposing bad customers since our job is to always serve our customers as best as we can?
No one can stand transparency unless they are guilty. By creating a database with bad customers, and distributing them everywhere, businesses would be cautious if they came across them again. And these customers would struggle to do business again. That’s a win-win situation.
Who benefits from such an initiative?
Everyone. By creating a healthy and transparent dynamic, we let people know that there are always ways to overcome bad customers. This also has a positive impact on good customers, as companies will have more time for them.
